Beginning in January and lasting for about 6 weeks, the entire school gets outdoors and takes advantage of the beauty of the Vermont winter. Students ski, skate, snowshoe, and enjoy the best that winter has to offer. This is a really good example of the wealth of opportunities our students have to learn about healthy lifestyles and camaraderie. Look for a few Lakeview Elementary Lakers zooming past you on the slopes, rink, trails, or woodland paths!
