Act 166 of 2014 provides for universal access to publicly funded PreK education. Children that will be 3, 4, or 5 on September 1st, 2023 living in Craftsbury, Greensboro, Hardwick, Stannard, Wolcott, or Woodbury qualify for Universal PreK funding.
