Overview of Mountain View Union Elementary School District

Mountain View Union Elementary School District (or Mountain View) is comprised of the towns of Hardwick, Woodbury, Greensboro and Stannard. Students typically attend the town in which they reside, with Stannard students attending on the Greensboro campus. School choice is an option within Mountain View.

Meet Our Three Campuses

Hardwick Elementary School is located in Hardwick, VT and serves students in grades preK-6. The school population is approximately 210 students.

Lakeview Elementary School is located in Greensboro, VT, and serves students in grades PreK-3. The school population is approximately 30 students. All classrooms are multiage.

Woodbury Elementary School is located in Woodbury, VT, and serves students in grades K-6. The school population is approximately 50 students. All classrooms are multiage.

School Leadership Structure for Mountain View

There are two principals who are responsible for school leadership between the three campuses. Bill Deiss is the principal at Hardwick Elementary School and Beth Parker is the principal at Lakeview and Woodbury Elementary Schools. The principals work in collaboration to best meet the needs of all students across Mountain View Union Elementary School District.
